Assiteca - S.A.

In Genoa, Italy's shipping capital, the Assiteca Group set up the Special Transport Division in the early 1990's, an autonomous unit devoted to the transport sector.

In 2004, from the merger with S.A. Insurance Brokers, a company with a great experience in the shipping since 1983, was born Assiteca - S.A., a new company that, thanks to its dimension and experience, becomes one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in the marine field.

The company works not only with traditional transport sector companies, but also, and above all, with manufacturing industries, which have to deal with all the problems associated with shipping goods, often under conditions less favourable than those offered to transport companies.

The marine field is therefore the core business of Assiteca - S.A., that still remains the headquarter of the Assiteca Group’s Special Transport Division, earning the trust of leading Italian and foreign companies in both the transport sector and in industry.

Assiteca - S.A. operates in all insurance field and guarantees professionalism, quality of the service and assistance: from risk analysis, to insurance brokerage and policies management
