Customer Satisfaction

Carried out every two years the Customer Satisfaction survey is the most important of all the reviews and inquiries that Assiteca performs to detect compliance of its operations with its strategies choices.

This research has a double objective:

  • Verify that the service provided is permanently maintained at the highest levels
  • Verify the coming into being of new demands both for insurance and for service.

The last survey has been made at the end of 2006 through a questionnaire sent by email and published in a private area of our website. This method has been more effective than the traditional interview by phone, as it is more objective and the Client can’t be influenced in anyway.

The results reward Assiteca with the 63% of evaluation between 4 and 5 (considering a point scoring system going from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 5); the 29% of the Clients consider Assiteca services fairly good and the 8% sufficient.
